Large area, non-contact surface profiling with the new OSP500LM
The ability to make fast, large area, non-contact measurement at extremely high data density becomes a reality with the launch of the new OSP500LM Surface Profiling System from Uniscan Instruments.
The OSP500LM is designed for applications where surface measurement at micron resolution is required over large scan areas up to 500 x 500mm.
