Latest version of M370 software released . . . .
The release of the latest version of the electrochemistry software package M370 4.11 for our scanning probe instrumentation sets a new standard for ease of operation. From the configuration of the experiment to collection and presentation of high quality data through to the data analysis the new software simplifies the steps to make all of these operations easier.
Scanning electrochemical microscopes are used to produce a spatially resolved image of a sample at a high magnification by scanning the sample surface with a probe. Scanning probe instruments allow the user to investigate the surface of metals, semiconductors, ceramics, organic matter, biological organisms and other samples without pre-treating the surface. In addition to providing high resolution information on the electrochemically activity they can analyze samples in an electrolyte or under atmospheric conditions. The applications for these techniques reach into the research fields of chemistry, biology, electronics and material characterization and provide valuable information on the electrochemical activity of the sample.
